Responsibilities

Ensure showroom presentation and merchandising align with brand standards.
Monitor stockroom standards, visual integrity, and cleanliness in client-facing and back-of-house areas.
Coordinate daily store operations, opening/closing, inventory, merchandising, safety, and cash controls.
Drive high-quality client experience and resolve service issues professionally.
Provide coaching to staff on service, upselling and CRM usage.
Support sales performance through feedback and KPI tracking.
Lead by example as leader-on-duty and elevate issues as needed.
