Ana Luisa is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Keystone Mall, Indianapolis. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive commercial success, luxury client experiences, and operational excellence while upholding brand standards.

Developing talent, cultivating clientele, and supporting store profitability are core responsibilities, with a focus on delivering the highest level of service to every client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail leadership, preferably luxury or premium.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and clienteling skills.
• Passion for fine jewelry and elevated luxury experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing store team with the Store Manager.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff to sustain service culture.
• Drive sales, KPI achievement, conversion, AOV, and profitability.
• Deliver bespoke client experiences and strengthen loyalty.
• Lead on-floor presence to exceed luxury service standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events and client experiences.
• Champion clienteling and leverage insights for growth.
• Oversee inventory, omni-channel transactions, and store ops.
• Maintain visual merchandising aligned with brand standards.
• Optimize scheduling and team productivity with leadership.
