Job summary

Hermès Beverly Hills Boutique is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to protect company assets and enforce policies at the Beverly Hills location. The role reports to the Asset Protection Manager and involves stock security, audits, investigations, and managing outsourced guards.

We require 1-3 years in loss prevention or retail, a High School diploma, and relevant security certifications where applicable. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of loss prevention/retail experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 8 hr. Pre Assignment and 16 hr. OTJ certificates / Security License (mandatory in NYC only).

Responsibilities

• Post coverage – stock security
• Associate compliance and education (AP Awareness)
• Violation and Incident reporting
• Conducting of Audits / maintaining of proper records
• Investigation and follow-up
• Managing outsourced guards
• Determine Associate compliance with Asset Protection guidelines
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain security
• Complete audits and inspections with documentation
• Communicate hazards to local management
• Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors
