Hermès Beverly Hills is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to safeguard store assets, enforce policies, and oversee security operations in the Beverly Hills Boutique. You will work closely with the Asset Protection Manager and the local team.

Key duties include post coverage for stock security, audits, investigations, and supervising outsourced guards, with a focus on compliance and documenting all security-related activities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of loss prevention/retail experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Post coverage – stock security and access control.
• Associate compliance and education (AP Awareness).
• Violation and incident reporting; audits and records.
• Investigation and follow-up; managing outsourced guards.
• Ensure policy enforcement and proper paperwork for departures and packages.
• Conduct safety and facility inspections; document results.
