Vince seeks a dynamic, customer-service oriented Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales in a luxury retail environment.

The ASM will hire, train, and supervise store staff, uphold outstanding customer service, and ensure visual presentation and housekeeping standards. The role emphasizes loss prevention, staff development, and floor coverage to maximize store performance.

Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of luxury retail management experience.
• Thorough understanding of specialty retail including business development, visual merchandising and store operations.
• Computer skills including POS, Word, Excel and email.

• Assist in achieving store productivity and sales goals.
• Model exceptional customer service and coach staff to deliver it.
• Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and retaining quality sales associates.
• Evaluate individual performance to goals.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.
• Perform daily opening/closing procedures and reconcile paperwork.
• Protect store assets and inventory and report shrinkage.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage client books and clienteling.
