FEATURE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas to lead daily operations, coach the team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee sales performance, inventory control, and store execution while promoting brand standards across locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on management of store operations, with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining premium service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or similar leadership role preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance and make sound operational decisions.
• Experience with retail POS, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty (MOD) when assigned and guide the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Promote FEATURE's customer experience and brand standards.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members through feedback and training.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Drive sales goals and monitor key retail metrics (conversion, UPT, ATV, AUR, cross-sell).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee shipments, transfers, and order fulfillment.
