You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and uphold brand service standards while collaborating with leadership on market insights and omni-channel initiatives; strong English, leadership, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: support Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and category initiatives.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: create inclusive, high-energy environment and act as brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build talent pipeline.
