Coach is part of the Tapestry family and operates in a luxury retail environment. The sales associate will warmly greet clients, provide personalized assistance, and act as a brand ambassador in the local market, while maintaining stock organization and supporting social engagement.

The role requires retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. Ability to operate POS systems, manage stock, and uphold Loss Prevention standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and market competition.
• Ability to use POS systems and basic tech tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash in policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
