Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York and part of a family of brands under Tapestry. We seek a enthusiastic luxury retail professional to represent Coach, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales with product expertise and fashion advice.

Join a fast-paced store environment where you will use mobile POS, support inventory and merchandising tasks, and participate in brand initiatives and training. Flexibility for schedules including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style guides.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and assist multiple customers.
• Handle daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising.
• Ensure floor and stockroom are clean and stocked.
