You will be stationed throughout the boutique, contributing to exceptional service and guiding clients along their journey.

The role emphasizes bespoke client interactions, collaboration with the sales team, and duty rotations including hospitality support and event assistance to maintain the luxury standard.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all clients with warmth, creating a luxury visit.
• Engage in bespoke conversations to identify client needs.
• Tell Tiffany stories to elevate the in-store experience.
• Support sales teams with boxing, wrapping, and POS upkeep.
• Assist with events, tours, and hospitality duties as needed.
• Maintain orderly spaces and manage client floor flow.
• Report potential service issues to management.
