Baudoin & Lange seeks a Senior Sales Associate for our flagship Madison Avenue store in New York, offering an elevated luxury shopping experience to a diverse clientele. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through product selection and ensuring impeccable service on the sales floor.

You will nurture relationships with an international client base, hit sales targets, and contribute to store operations and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work on Madison Ave and deliver high-end client service.

Responsibilities

• Be a star seller, inside and outside the store.
• Engage with Madison Ave clientele and clientellling.
• Promote and drive store culture and product knowledge.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and merchandised.
• Process sales using POS system and meet/exceed sales goals.
• Lead day-to-day store operations and support team.
