• Maintain station stock and keep area clean during shift.
• Polish and inspect all restaurant wares; ensure accessibility for servers.
• Provide coffee, water, beverages and breads during meals as required.
• Set up and clear tables; transport dirty tableware to stewarding; sweep crumbs.
• Deliver food to tables and explain dishes; assist colleagues across outlet team.
• Provide knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions; respond to inquiries.
