Job summary
The Langham Chicago is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Associate to provide friendly, professional service in our restaurant and bar outlets. You will support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff while maintaining Forbes standards and Langham Hospitality guidelines.
Expect duties ranging from table setup and service to assisting with bar operations, inventory, and guest inquiries. This role emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, and adherence to health and safety policies in a luxury hotel
Qualifications
- Prior Food and Beverage experience required.
- High school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set up tables in assigned sections with attention to details.
- Inspect linen, silver, china, and other table items for cleanliness and appearance.
- Serve food, coffee, water, and other beverages to guests.
- Cooperate with outlet team including servers, porters, and kitchen staff.
- Run food to tables and explain dish components clearly.
- Assist bartenders with bar setup and replenishment.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Communicate with F&B management daily.
- Maintain clean restaurant area during and after service.
