Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Two years of previous restaurant bussing experience required.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• IL Sanitation License, TIPS and BASSET licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain station stock and cleanliness during shift.
• Polish and inspect service ware, linen, china, and condiments for luxury standards.
• Provide coffee, water, beverages and breads to guests.
• Set up and clear tables; transport dirty tableware to stewarding; keep floors clean.
• Deliver food to tables and explain dishes clearly to guests.
• Assist servers, bartenders and kitchen staff as needed.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Adhere to liquor regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
