Job summary

The Langham Chicago is seeking a courteous Food & Beverage Attendant to provide guest-focused service in the Bar and Restaurant, supporting service colleagues and maintaining Forbes standards throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include setting up tables, serving meals and drinks, assisting bartenders, and keeping dining areas clean while following health protocols. Prior F&B experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Good manual dexterity to handle glassware and bar tools.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Ability to recall and promote menu items.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables in assigned sections with attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages to guests as required.
• Assist bartenders with bar setup and stock replenishment.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Communicate with management and team members daily.
• Attend monthly department meetings and follow health procedures.
