Wynn Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the breakfast and lunch service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will drive profitability, uphold health and safety standards, and partner with culinary teams to refine menus and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication in English, and the ability to manage a high-volume luxury environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in Food & Beverage
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Experience in high-volume luxury resort settings is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for breakfast and lunch to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Ensure health department standards and food safety compliance
• Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu development and updates
• Manage inventory and cost controls to meet financial targets
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally and maintain Wynn service standards
• Lead hiring, scheduling, performance reviews and employee engagement
• Adhere to company policies and CBA requirements and maintain employee relations
