Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience, preferably in high-volume luxury resort setting.
• Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
• Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience
• Oversee inventory management and cost control to ensure financial targets are met
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items
• Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Direct and support restaurant staff through training and performance reviews
