Wynn Las Vegas seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily breakfast and lunch operations at Sunrise at Sinatra, ensuring exceptional guest service and profitability. You will manage staff, enforce Wynn standards, and collaborate with the kitchen to keep menus fresh and engaging.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in management within a luxury resort F&B environment, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage management required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, second language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily breakfast and lunch operations in a high-volume setting.
• Oversee guest service quality and ensure adherence to Wynn standards.
• Control inventory and costs to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with kitchen to update/menu items and maintain consistency.
• Lead, hire, schedule, and motivate F&B staff; conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations; ensure licensing requirements.
