Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain staff personal hygiene and restaurant standards.
• Create efficient schedules in partnership with kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and dining room teams to ensure quality and inventory control.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for forecasts and sales.
• Manage rentals, labor, beer, wine and related variables.
• Build relationships with customers and represent the restaurant.
