Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings, food and beverage as indicated by the kitchen ticket.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items, leveraging knowledge of food and beverage.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including technical and service procedures.
• Interacts with the public and handles multiple duties at the same time.
• Participates in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Adheres to established accounting procedures for all transactions and uses the POS system.
• Fulfills duties that may involve lifting objects and maintaining hygiene standards.
