Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, professional service in a luxury setting. You will guide guests through menu items, including wine and spirits details, while maintaining impeccable hygiene and compliance with POS procedures.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and prior experience in food and beverage service with strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage and proper table service guidelines.
• Able to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned seating area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provide detailed information on menu items using knowledge of food and culinary terminology.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and related service procedures.
• Handle multiple duties efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings and follow POS procedures for all transactions.
• Assist with shift duties, housekeeping, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
