Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated.
• Knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items using knowledge of food and culinary terminology.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and service procedures.
• Handles multiple duties while engaging graciously with guests.
• Participates in daily pre‑shift meetings and follows POS procedures.
• Follows all payment procedures and maintains the POS system.
• Fulfills pre‑shift, post‑shift, and routine duties as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and workspace.
