Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience serving food and beverage to guests.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results-driven.
• Knowledge of order of service and proper table settings.
• Knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology.
• Able to interact graciously with the public while multitasking.
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve assigned seating section in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provide detailed information about menu items using knowledge of food and culinary terminology.
• Leverage knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits and service procedures.
• Interact graciously with the public and manage multiple duties concurrently.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and adhere to POS procedures.
• Follow established scheduling procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle lifting and moving tasks as needed and keep workstation clean.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards.
