You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, monitor financial metrics, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold health and safety compliance while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in casual dining.
• Strong leadership and management skills to motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, front-of-house & back-of-house.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Set a high standard for customer service and address concerns promptly.
• Monitor and analyze sales, costs, and profitability; manage inventory and purchasing.
• Ensure consistent food quality, safety inspections, and adherence to recipes.
