Southall Farm & Inn in Franklin, TN, seeks a January Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering Forbes-level service across all meal periods, including Brunch and Tea programs.

You will coach front-of-house teams, manage daily operations, and partner with culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu knowledge and flawless service. Availability on weekends/evenings required; four-year degree preferred; lifting 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive leadership in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Experience supporting front-of-house operations with Forbes standards.
• Hands-on Brunch and Tea service experience.
• Proven coaching and staff development abilities.
• Comfort with labor management, scheduling, and reporting.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations while upholding Forbes standards.
• Oversee Brunch and Tea programs, ensuring refined service and guest experience.
• Coach and develop front-of-house team members.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and development.
• Lead service with consistency and luxury hospitality standards.

• Uphold safety, compliance, and operating standards.
• Manage guest feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the General Manager's absence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
