Fairmont Orchid on Hawai‘i Island is seeking a Retail Clerk to ensure smooth operations of the retail store and to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, stock merchandise, process transactions, and promote products with knowledge and care.

Qualifications

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, and to be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is stocked and store displays are neat.
• Process money transactions accurately and greet guests warmly.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain POS and inventory systems and ensure cleanliness.
• Deliver consistent, personalized service with discretion and courtesy.
• Work with others to support service commitments and hotel standards.
