Job summary

The Kahala Hotel & Resort in Hawaii seeks a guest-focused Retail Associate to manage daily sales, assist guests, and maintain inventory in the Signature by Kahala store located at The Shops at Wailea. You will handle cash, process transactions, and support training as needed.

Qualifications

• One year prior cash-handling experience.
• Previous retail and hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior hospitality and restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets and greets guests as they arrive, offers assistance and bids a warm farewell to all guests, thanks them, asks them to return.
• Provide guests the best possible service, and makes guests feel important.
• Maintains data information on inventory and daily sales.
• Balances house bank at the end of the shift.
