You will oversee a vibrant dining operation, delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing financial performance and a high-performing team. The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume setting, with a focus on elevating service standards, beverage programs, and cross-functional collaboration with culinary and senior leadership.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant management within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labour, and outlet profitability.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, particularly in restaurant and bar operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with visible floor presence in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L, labour costs, scheduling, inventory, and budgets.
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, building a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and senior leadership teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain high standards across food quality, beverage service, presentation, and operational efficiency.
• Drive beverage performance, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent while building a pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
