Fairmont Orchid, Hawaiʻi is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Brown’s Beach House to oversee daily operations of a luxury fine-dining venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. You will lead Heartists, uphold service standards, and collaborate with culinary leadership to elevate dining experiences across the resort.

Required background includes 3-5 years in restaurant management and 2 years in luxury hotel or fine dining settings, with Food Safety and Alcohol

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years restaurant management experience.
• Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or fine dining management experience.
• Experience leading union and non-union teams.
• Food Safety Certification required.
• Alcohol Service Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant supervisors and service teams.
• Promote luxury service, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and employment laws.
• Foster employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Provide consistent performance feedback and accountability.
• Support career development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor dining room operations to ensure service consistency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures.
