Job summary

Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead and coordinate all dining operations. You will manage budgets, drive guest satisfaction, develop seasonal menus, and oversee inventory with a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in hotel/resort settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
