Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive leadership in restaurant management, preferably luxury/hotel settings.
• Strong wine knowledge and guest engagement experience.
• Experience leading high-volume dinner-focused operations is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and guest satisfaction while upholding top hospitality standards.
• Lead dinner service as primary operations leader and drive revenue focus.
• Oversee breakfast and dinner, coaching teams and ensuring flawless service.
• Develop talent, manage scheduling, payroll, and labor productivity.
• Maintain brand promises and luxury standards in line with Forbes Travel Guide and LQA.
