Job summary

Chateau Élan Winery & Resort is seeking a reservations agent to assist guests during the booking process with a friendly, clear approach. You will handle calls, verify availability and rates, and input data into our computer reservation system.

You will also promote brand programs and help guests with directions, services, and transportation details. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve issues tactfully while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to use a computer reservation system to input data and retrieve information.
• Good with details, accuracy, and problem solving within a hospitality context.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during the reservation process and greet callers kindly.
• Answer phone inquiries, provide information on availability and rates.
• Promote HEI Hotels & Resorts programs and brand offerings.
• Input and verify reservation data, confirm details, and reference numbers.
• Address questions about facilities, services, directions, and transportation.
• Resolve complaints tactfully and seek alternative arrangements when needed.
