The Lodge at Pebble Beach is hiring a Host to greet guests promptly, manage seating and assist with dining room activities. You will work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth service flow in a high-end resort setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, checking reservations, guiding guests to tables, and assisting with special events while coordinating with dining room staff. Strong guest-service skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Coordinate seating and reservations to optimize flow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in maintaining cleanliness of outlet.
• Ensure coverage of the entrance, greeting arriving guests and thanking those that are leaving.
• Assist with special event setup and seating arrangements.
• Check reservations and assign tables, ensuring availability for resort guests.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve issues with manager guidance.
• Follow safety and company policies throughout shifts.
