Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a professional Server for The Lodge at Pebble Beach. You will provide prompt, courteous service for beverages and food, interact with guests, and work with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, pouring wine, and maintaining a clean work area while supporting special events and buffets. Requires Food Safety and RBS certifications and the ability to work under high-pressure conditions.

Qualifications

• Must hold Food Safety certification and RBS certification.
• Ability to work as a team with floor and kitchen staff.
• Demonstrates courtesy and anticipation of guests' needs.
• Ability to work under pressure while multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and describe menu items and specials.
• Open wine bottles, pour wine, and ensure refills as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service station and dining area.
• Set up and break down events and buffets; assist with tables and stations.
• Provide prompt, courteous beverage and food service to guests.
