Job summary

The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection, Park City, Utah, invites an experienced esthetician to join our spa team and deliver exceptional facial services in line with The Edge Spa protocol. You will welcome guests, maintain high professional standards, and promote spa offerings while supporting a sustainable hospitality experience.

Responsibilities include performing facial treatments, attending trainings, maintaining sanitation, coordinating with Spa Desk, and contributing to a seamless spa

Qualifications

• Master esthetician license issued by Utah Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an esthetician; resort experience preferred.
• Hydrafacial Certified preferred; luxury retail cosmetics experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication style and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide all facial and add-on treatments as outlined in The Edge Spa protocol manual.
• Available to work holidays, weekends and evenings as needed.
• Attend provider training and meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain standard of excellence in professional image and service.
• Use products within guidelines in the policy/procedure manual.
• Ensure proper use of spa facilities and equipment per policy.
• Communicate guest information to Spa Desk Attendants for Book4Time input.
• Follow up with Spa Director and Supervisors on guest feedback.
• Explain and promote spa facilities, services and activities.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized per State Board of Utah.
• Support other spa departments as needed and available.
• Adhere to the Lodge at Blue Sky handbook and policy/procedure manual.
• Ensure smooth spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedule.
• Create exceptional guest experiences with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Report to work on time and in appropriate uniform.
• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives.
• Maintain calm, respectful interactions with guests and staff.
