Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to support the department head in overseeing all F&B activities at our Monterey Peninsula property.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure high service standards, and help drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a coastal luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Basic math proficiency for transactions and budgets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing recruitment, staff scheduling, and ongoing training to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent service.
• Facilitating superior guest experiences, including addressing customer complaints.
• Managing all food and beverage operations.
• Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Addressing complaints, maintaining service standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
