Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa on Del Monte Golf Course is seeking an Executive Chef who will oversee our culinary operations, drive menu development, ensure exceptional food quality, and lead a talented team across upscale dining outlets.

You should have 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership, at least 5 years as Executive Chef or Exec Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel, and a strong background in international cuisines, wine pairings, and luxury dining trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• At least 5 years as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume hotel.
• Experience managing multiple restaurants and high-volume banquet operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative menus and oversee all kitchen operations.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and taste across all dining outlets.
• Control costs, budgeting and purchasing; manage vendor relationships.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop culinary staff; ensure safety and compliance.
