The ideal candidate will have luxury resort, hotel, club, or large-scale hospitality experience and a proven ability to lead multiple culinary outlets and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the resort’s culinary team across outlets and banquets.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistency of culinary standards.
• Drive menu development and menu standardization across venues.
• Manage food costs, labor and operational performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to enhance guest experience.
