Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd invites applications for a Restaurant Chef in Miami, FL to oversee a diverse collection of culinary outlets within a luxury hotel. You will lead hands-on operations across an upscale pub, tapas and lounge, marketplace/grab-and-go, in-room dining, private dining, golf operations, and exclusive whiskey-room dinners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a complex luxury environment, manages multiple concepts, and develops menus while controlling food cost and labor.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in luxury hotel kitchens.
Experience overseeing multiple culinary concepts.
Strong focus on menu development and cost control.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple restaurants and outlets.
Lead and develop a diverse culinary team while maintaining high standards.
Ensure consistency, quality, presentation, and service across each concept.
Support menu development, recipe execution, ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor management.
Collaborate with F&B leadership on new concepts and private dining events.
Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence in kitchen and during service.
Adapt between high-volume operations and personalized luxury dining experiences.
Mentor culinary talent and uphold luxury brand standards and sanitation.
