Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive culinary experience in high-volume luxury/hospitality.
• 2+ years of culinary leadership in a four- or five-star hotel, resort, restaurant, or similar luxury environment.
• Current Food Safety and HACCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all culinary operations in a luxury-hospitality setting.
• Lead and mentor the culinary team to deliver exceptional quality, presentation, and guest service.
• Create seasonal, trend-forward menus reflecting local, regional, and responsibly sourced ingredients.
• Develop offerings for banquets, weddings, private dining, and corporate events.
• Collaborate with food and beverage leadership on budgets, forecasts, and long-term culinary strategy.
• Manage food, labor, purchasing, and operating costs while protecting quality.
