Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to recipes and guests' requests.
• Assist multiple stations with prep, cooking and plating across Sauté, Fry/Steam, Garde Manger, wok.
• Maintain highest level of food presentation and quality.
• Adhere to SNHD health code regulations.
• Manage food and supply inventory; notify restocking needs.
• Perform other duties as requested.
