• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items quickly, efficiently, and consistently.
• Prepare plates and baskets according to established standards.
• Organize, rotate and stock hot lines properly.
• Meet guests' needs through timely handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Ensure the employee dining area is supplied with freshly prepared food.
• Follow all rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Work in a safe manner at all times.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work in very cold or very hot environments and wear safety equipment.
