Job summary

The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas is seeking a Concierge to provide guests with information and to arrange itineraries or services that enhance their stay, in line with hotel policies.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of resort concierge experience, be multilingual or willing to learn, and demonstrate exceptional communication while working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of prior resort concierge experience.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus; fast, clear communication expected with guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintains complete knowledge of hotel features, services, attractions, and hours of operation.
• Anticipates guest needs and responds promptly to inquiries, maintaining professionalism.
• Maintains positive guest relations by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction for guests and team members.
• Upholds concierge ethics and represents The Venetian Resort in a professional manner.
• Provides information to guest inquiries and coordinates requests to create meaningful itineraries.
• Safety is an essential function of this job.
• Regular attendance and participation in related duties as assigned.
