Job summary

The Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Harwich, MA seeks a Bellperson to deliver a welcoming, polished arrival and departure experience. You will assist guests with luggage, escort them to accommodations, and explain room features and resort services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk up to 9 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.
• Safely and efficiently transport luggage during arrival and departure in accordance with resort standards.
• Escort guests to accommodations while providing a clear and engaging orientation of room features, resort amenities, and services.
• Deliver guest amenities, packages, newspapers, and special requests promptly and accurately.
• Assist guests with parking directions and vehicle coordination.
• Transport guests to nearby attractions and within the resort via golf cart or vehicle as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell areas, carts, and storage spaces.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance proactively.
• Communicate guest requests or observations to the Front Office team.
