Job summary

Fairmont Copley Plaza in Boston is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver warm, professional service to arriving and departing guests. You will assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide orientation to features and hotel services, working closely with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless luxury experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing luggage storage, and responding to requests with knowledge of local attractions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury hotel guest service preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
