Qualifications

• General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment.
• Able to follow recipes without direct supervision.
• Strong time management and the ability to execute dishes consistently.

Responsibilities

• Mix and bake ingredients to produce bread, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.
• Assist Pastry Chef in expanding bread programs and offerings.
• Launch Grab & Go Pastries & Sweets program for guests.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitation per Health Department regulations.
• Supervise and clean kitchen equipment; maintain professional appearance.
