The Belgrove, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in West Palm Beach, seeks a dedicated baker to join our culinary team. You will support production of breads, pastries, and desserts, following recipes and collaborating with the kitchen leadership to reflect seasonal menus.

Qualifications

• Active Food handler’s certification or the ability to get it.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lb.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, and biscuits.
• Place products into prepared pans and regulate oven drafts and temperatures.
• Bake items, apply toppings, and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness training and abide by HACCP policies.
• Assist in other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
