Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in high-end residential construction, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in construction software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-end residential construction or facilities management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updated budgets and project documentation.
• Process subcontractor/vendor invoices and prepare waivers of lien.
• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project reports and tracking logs.
• Revise punch lists in collaboration with the Project Manager.
