Job summary

I-Grace, a leader in luxury residential construction based in Los Angeles, seeks a Project Development Associate to manage client relationships, source opportunities, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle.

You will prepare proposals, refine scopes of work, and work closely with the SVP to move opportunities forward with clarity and care. Familiarity with LA luxury market and design community is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Requires architecture/ construction management education or equivalent experience.
• Must read and understand architectural drawing sets.
• Experience with high-end residential projects or luxury brands preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for clients, architects, and designers on new projects.
• Manage a portfolio of prospects and support senior leaders on complex pursuits.
• Develop proposals and coordinate resources for project opportunities.
• Prepare scopes of work and organize project information and drawings.
