Job summary

I-Grace is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and specialty renovation projects in New York. This role requires a professional with 3–5 years of project management experience, excellent building knowledge, and proficiency in Procore. The Project Manager will act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction while managing project budgets and expectations. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. This position offers a salary of $125,000 - $150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in luxury residential construction, high-end retail, or tenant improvement projects.
• Strong building knowledge and an eye for detail, craftsmanship, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from bid to completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Lead regular site meetings to uphold safety and quality standards.
